If the answer is YES, our next blended learning course will be kicking off on Monday, August 26th, 2013 in JAKARTA, INDONESIA. We also have another Kick Off scheduled for LAGOS, NIGERIA on September 16th, 2013.
While your attendance is NOT mandatory, it is highly recommended you attend this all important Kick Off Session to get to know your team members.
This is a BLENDED LEARNING course, meaning it entails both face to face and distance learning components.
Kick Off Session- August 26-30, 2013 inclusive, to be held in Jakarta, Indonesia. During this session you will be introduced to your team members and given your project assignments. You will then work for a full week putting together your plan, building your teams and learning how to organize and plan projects effectively. You will also have a Benchmark Exam #1, which will give you as well as your professor an idea of the strengths and weaknesses of each team member.
Distance Learning Mode 1- From Septermber 1, for approximately 13 weeks, you will have a variety of projects supporting the objectives agreed to during the Kick Off session.
At approximately the half way point, you will be given an open book exam to do as a Benchmark of your progress to date and to see where you are improving and where you still need help.
The remaining 13 weeks or so will be dedicated to working with you to develop COMPETENCY in producing reliable and realistic CPM schedules, either from the owners or contractors perspective.
Face to Face Session 2- We will spend 3 days doing sample exams and reviewing the data. This is scheduled to occur February 3-5, 2014, prior to the actual PSP Computer Based Exam offered at cities around the world.
