  1. PMI’s PMP Prep Course- a 3 month, blended learning, graduate level course exceeding the requirements to pass the Project Management Institute’s Project Management Profession (PMP) Certification Exam. This course consists:
    1. i.       8 days (64 contact hours) of face to face training
    2. ii.      Approximately 66 hours of distance learning mode, project based assignments.
    3. iii.      Total Time- ~ 130 hours of effort
    4. iv.      This course qualifies to earn 10 EU Course Hours of graduate Level Credit or 6 US Course Hours of graduate Level credit from SKERAM School of Business http://www.skema.edu/en
  2. AACE’s CCC/E, EVP, PSP and CEP Prep Course- a 6 month long, blended learning, graduate level course meeting or exceeding the requirements to pass the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering’s  Certified Cost Engineer, Earned Value Professional, Planning and Scheduling Professional and/or Cost Estimating Professional credentials.
    1. i.      8 days (64 contact hours) of face to face training
    2. ii.      Approximately 176 hours of distance learning mode, project based assignments.
    3. iii.      Total ~240 hours of effort

3)      Project Management Professional Services-

  1. As a practitioner organization, PTMC/APMX provides construction project management professional services under the following contract types:
    1. i.      “At Risk”, where we provide construction project management professional services on a fixed fee or unit price basis, or;
    2. ii.      “Fee Based” where we provide professional services on a day rate or hourly rate basis.
    3. iii.      The list of professional services includes:
